Caring, Professional, and Trained Staff

Our Direct Support Staff aka Community Participation Staff care for our participants and support them in the community to live meaningful lives.
​Some of the support involves:
  • ​ Socialization and building social network.
  • Learning and maintaining prevocational skills.
  • Participating in recreational activities.
  • Navigating their communities through various means of transportation.
  • Communication plan.
  • Participating in new experiences.
  • Contributing to their communities by participating in various volunteering activities.
